Items in stock will ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 3-7 days for Standard Ground Delivery. Special order items may have longer lead times.

Free Shipping via Regular Ground Freight

Items that qualify for the Free Shipping program will be delivered standard ground freight only. The carrier will be chosen by ProservCrane Group. All items qualify for the Free Shipping program, but are subject to certain exceptions. There are a number of reasons why your order might NOT be eligible for Free Shipping.
  1. Free Shipping applies to orders made at parts.proservcrane.com and shipped within the contiguous U.S. only. If outside the U.S. contact ProservCrane Group for international shipping options.
  2. Expedited Shipping is not included under the Free Shipping program. Contact a ProservCrane Parts Specialist for expedited shipping options.
  3. Free Shipping is not available to residential addresses.
  4. ProservCrane Group reserves the right to cancel your order if the freight charges are deemed unreasonable and will contact you immediately with other available shipping options.

Other Shipping Options & Charges

Standard deliveries are shipped via UPS. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Guam are subject to additional shipping charges.

Larger items are shipped via freight F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees paid by ProservCrane & Equipment, Inc. and charged to the customer.

You may pick up your items free of charge at our Houston warehouse location. Please indicate at check out. We will contact you by phone or e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up.

C.O.D. shipments are not permitted for online orders.

Additional Charges

Terms and conditions may apply for freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, special handling or shipments outside the contiguous United States. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, customer must file claim with the carrier.

International Charges

International shipments must be paid 100% in full by customer, including shipping charges prior to shipping. ProservCrane & Equipment, Inc. is required to charge national, state, local tax, applicable duties, and import fees on products for which Customer has not provided valid exemption certification. Customer assumes responsibility for, and unconditionally guarantees payment or reimbursement of, all applicable taxes, fees, licenses, import duties, and fees and licenses, and expenses as may be applicable. When ordering, Customer shall indicate clearly which products are tax exempt.

Force Majeure

ProservCrane & Equipment, Inc. shall not be liable for any delay in, or impairment of, performance resulting in whole or in part from acts of God, acts of war, acts of terrorism (whether actual or threatened), governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, epidemics, quarantines, labor disruptions, shortages, communication or power failures, fire, accident, explosion, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or any other circumstance or cause beyond the reasonable control of ProservCrane & Equipment, Inc. in the conduct of its business.
