NOTE: All items returned for restocking and credit must be received in a "As New" condition and be in the original packaging clearly marked on the outside of the package with the Returns Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The standard restocking charge for items stocked by ProservCrane e-quipment is 20%. Restocking charges for items not stocked by ProservCrane e-quipment are set by the manufacturer.
